Cecelia Rand 87, of Red Bank passed away on Wednesday October 3rd, at the Manor in Freehold.
Cecelia was born in Manhattan, and moved to Red Bank with her family, where they owned and operated Marmulstein’s Bakery on Shrewsbury Ave. Cecelia earned a teaching degree and was a substitute teacher at multiple Monmouth County school districts.
Cecelia is predeceased by her husband, Norman Rand; and her parents, Benjamin and Rose Marmulstein.
She is survived by her daughter, Susan Bell, and her husband Michael, Freehold, her son, Alan Rand, Brick; her grandchildren, Andrew and Matthew Bell; her sisters, Ruth Sheintop, Mildred Sussman, Vivian Adler, and Renee Rubin.
