Debbie Woolley, of Eatontown, died on Friday, October 20.

She was born in Elysburg, PA to the late Doris and Harold Broadt. Debbie moved to Jackson, NJ at the age of seven and later lived in Asbury Park, where she and her husband married in the late 1980s. They lived in a few places together before finally settling in Eatontown together.

Debbie was a devoted wife. She loved oil painting, gardening, and had a love for people. Debbie was a kind soul.

She is predeceased by her parents, and her beloved husband George Woolley.

Surviving is her sister Judy and her husband Stephen Doktor of Lakewood, three children, and five grandchildren who will all miss her greatly, and her sister-in-law Hilda Woolley.

Services will be private.

I know it's two years since Debbie has passed but I'm just finding out about it now. I knew both George and Debbie very well. When I was at the lowest point iny life Debbie and George welcomed me to stay with them in their home in Eatontown. We helped each other in many ways. Although we were all battling our own demons we kept each other strong. Debbie was my best friend at the time. She gave me a home and I helped her keep hers. We connected spiritually in a way. We gave each other what we needed at a time in our lives when we felt lost and alone. I will carry that memory with me forever. God bless you Debbie now your soul can rest and be at peace.
