Dorothy Ann Krug, 97 of West Long Branch, NJ passed away Wednesday, September 12th at Sunrise Senior Living in Lincroft, NJ. Her family was at her bedside. She was born in Eatontown but lived most of her life in West Long Branch. She was a parishioner at St. Jerome's Church. Dorothy was both a symbol of strength and a positive role model to her friends and family. She was loved by all and will be dearly missed. She will also be remembered for her great sense of humor and compassion. She worked for various directorates at Fort Monmouth, NJ, finishing her career at TRITAC in Shrewsbury. She retired in 1981 after over 33 years of faithful government service. Her husband, Raymond Krug, passed away in October 2001. She cared for him at their home after his stroke in 1997. She is survived by a sonand his wife, William and Daisy Krug; a daughter and her husband, Elaine and Ralph Crocker; and a daughter, Nancy Kroll. She is also survived by five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Visiting hours will be Sunday, September 16th, 2-4PM and 7-9PM at the Woolley-Boglioli Funeral Home, 10 Morrell Street, Long Branch. Funeral mass will be held Monday, September 17th, 930AM, at St. Jerome's Church, West Long Branch. Interment will follow at Woodbine Cemetery, Oceanport.
