Elizabeth M. Linskens, 90 of Colts Neck died peacefully at the Bayshore Manor, Tuesday, Dec. 27th.
She was born in Ospedaletti, Italy and had emigrated to the U.S. following WW II. She settled in Washingtonville, NY where she raised her daughters until relocating to Whiting where she lived for 25 years. For the last six years, she resided with her daughter in Colts Neck, NJ.
Mrs. Linskens enjoyed gardening, her pets, and being with her family. She was a fan of ME TV and watching the reruns of the nostalgic shows of the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s. She also enjoyed the performing arts, in particular the performances of her grandchildren.
Elizabeth was pre-deceased by her husband, Albert Linskens.
Surviving are three daughters and their husbands; Deborah and Kevin Clyne, Colts Neck, Karen and David Rousseau, Marlboro and Anne Marie and Kevin Pearson, Newburgh, NY; 8 grandchildren, Abigail and her husband Jordan, Thomas, Hannah, Mark, Nathan, Vivian, Marion and her husband William and Chet; 2 great grandchildren, Adelina and Giovanna.
Mass of Christian burial, Friday January 13th, 10 am at the Church of St. Mary, 1 Phalanx Road, Colts Neck. Interment will follow at Brigadier William C. Doyle Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ.
