Owner, President, and Realtor Elizabeth Thomas Edwards, 72, of Holmdel passed away Friday, April 4, 2014 at home. Mrs. Edwards was born in Detroit, MI, and was the Owner, President, and Realtor of Mack-Morris Beth Thomas Realtors in Holmdel for 29 years. She loved to paint and loved her dogs Sabrina, TJ, and Mark. Elizabeth was a loving and beloved mother, grandmother, and sister. She was predeceased by her husband George C. Edwards, III in 2008. Surviving are her son Michael Thomas and his wife Susan and their children Jeffrey, Kevin, and Ryan, her daughter Terrie Thomas and her children Thomas and Elizabeth Monaco, and her sisters Nancy Dundas, Christine Neesley, and Julie Dean. Visitation will be held Monday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00PM and Tuesday from 10:00 to 11:00AM at the Holmdel Funeral Home 26 South Holmdel Road, Holmdel. A Funeral Service will be offered in the funeral home on Tuesday at 11:00AM. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Mrs. Edwards name to Care Alternative Hospice 700 Jackson Drive, Suite 200, Cranford, NJ 07016 or the Monmouth County SPCA 260 Wall Street, Eatontown, NJ 07724.
