Linda Oliva Paparella left a message on July 1, 2019:
What can I say about my very special Uncle Eddie... You were my father's best man and my brother's God father. We spent holidays, occasions, vacations together every year. I always remember you and my dad at parties. You would be off on your own, laughing and causing mischief. When you were together, it was like you were back in grammar school. My fondest memories of you were at the shore, crabbing across from the Thunderbird Motel. We always came home with a bushel of crabs and some great memories. Thank you for all the joy and laughter you brought to my family. You will always be remembered. Until we meet again...

Uncle Ed was a wonderful man and we will miss him very much. Bob and I will always remember when he came on Christmas Eves and brought his clam knife to help open the clams. All of our friends loved him and we did too!
