Evelyn C. Woolley, 84, of Tinton Falls, formerly of West Long Branch passed away Monday at the Hospice at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune. Mrs. Woolley was born in Long Branch and lived for 50 years in West Long Branch before moving to Tinton Falls in 2002. She was a member of the Lutheran Church of the Reformation, West Long Branch. Mrs. Woolley was a member of the West Long Branch Leisure Club and a member of the Long Branch Chapter of Deborah Heart and Lung Hospital. Her husband John C. Woolley died in 1981. Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Lynne & Raymond Tanner, Lakewood; a grandson and his wife Brian & Sera Tanner, Long Valley, NJ; a granddaughter and her husband, Rebecca &William Clayton, Summit; a great granddaughter, Grace Tanner and a great grandson, Ethan Clayton. Visitation will be Thursday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at the Woolley Funeral Home, 10 Morrell St. at Broadway, Long Branch. Funeral service will be held 10:00 AM Friday at the Lutheran Church of the Reformation, Broadway and Locust Avenue, West Long Branch. Interment will follow in Woodbine Cemetery, Oceanport.
