Today we mourn the passing and celebrate the life of Frank M. Michaels (November 2, 1935 – February 11, 2022)

Beloved and cherished husband of Rosemarie, adored father and father-in-law to Frank (Lisa), Andrew (Carey, Marie), and Vincent (Karyn).

Generous and respected grandfather to Alexandra, Derek, Andrew, Francis, Mateo and Amanda.

Revered Godfather to Jeffery, Mary, Laura and Kevin Oing.

Born of humble beginnings, he attended Adelphi University where he majored in Business and Finance.  After serving his country for three years he went on to become a C.P.A. and attained a successful career as a Financial Vice President and Treasurer for Loews’ Theatre Corp.

He was a man of principal and a generous spirit who was loved and respected by those who knew him.

The family would like to thank the many friends we met along life’s way for their love, support and comfort during these difficult months.

Special thanks to Harry and Marie for their Tender-Loving-Care during these difficult times.

Memorial remembrances may be made in his name to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (www.chop.edu) in honor of his deceased grandson Joseph Frank Michaels.

Visitation will be Thursday, February 17^th from 8:00 to 10:00 am at Holmdel Funeral Home, 26 S. Holmdel Road, Holmdel.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10:30 am in the Church of St. Catharine’s, 108 Middletown Road, Holmdel.  Entombment will follow at Fair View Cemetery, Middletown.
