Gerald P. Rembisz, 79 of Lincroft died at his home on Tuesday, January 24th.
He was born in Bayonne and had lived in Middletown where he was a graduate of Middletown High School North. Mr. Rembisz was a graduate of Weber State College in Utah. For many years he was an Accountant with Richard Serluco, CPA in Holmdel. He worked up until present at Meridian Behavioral Health in Hackensack as an Accountant. He was a parishioner of Church of St. Catharine in Holmdel and attended regularly.
Gerald enjoyed his annual family trip to Cape May, loved sharing with his family Kielbasa and of course Christmas being together with family was his favorite.
He was a fan of College Football and Basketball, always routing for Rutgers. He watched Fox News, NCIS routinely and any action movie. Eating at the New Monmouth Diner, Huddy’s or the Pour House, were enjoyable to him. Gerald liked country music, 50’s on 5 on Sirius XM, Polish Christmas Songs and Polish music.
Surviving is his wife Linda Rembisz, whom they just celebrated their 50th anniversary in December; their children, Thaddeus Rembisz, Lincroft, Amanda Rembisz and her husband Lawrance O’Brien, Tinton Falls and Tamara and Kristofer Jones, Lincroft; his siblings, Judy and Walt Lewandowski, Spring Hill, Fl., Ronald and Wendy Rembisz, Brattleboro, Vt. and Joseph Rembisz, N.Y.C.; four grandchildren, Theodora, Peyton, Brayden and Jackson.
Visitation Friday, January 27th, 4 to 8 pm at the Holmdel Funeral Home, 26 S. Holmdel Road, Holmdel. Mass of Christian burial, Saturday, January 28th, 10:30 am, at the Church of St. Catharine, 108 Middletown Road, Holmdel. Entombment Holmdel Mausoleum.
