With profound sorrow, we announce the passing of Gerard Russo on August 7, 2023. Born in Brooklyn to Vincent and Rachel Russo, Gerard’s life was a beacon of determination, ambition, and deep familial love.
Gerard’s meteoric rise from a store manager at Jojo Players to the distinguished position of Vice President at Dunkin Donuts stands as a testament to his unwavering dedication and keen business acumen. But beyond the confines of corporate walls, Gerard’s true essence was illuminated by the love and warmth of his family.
Beside him, in every endeavor, was his loving wife, Genie. Their partnership was a beautiful dance of shared dreams, mutual respect, and countless joyous moments. Together, they crafted a haven of love for their children, Michael, Stephan, and Danielle Russo.
A special bond also existed between Gerard and his elder sister, Ellamarie. Their camaraderie, punctuated with shared memories and a lifetime of mutual support, added an undeniable warmth to Gerard’s life.
