Gregory F. Wolff, 72, of Freehold, died on Wednesday, October 11.
Gregg was born in Rockford, IL to the late Francis and Dorothy Wolff in 1951. He was raised in Cranford, NJ. Gregg graduated from the University of South Florida before attending Kean University and receiving his master’s degree in Public Administration. Gregg worked alongside his father as general manager of Wolff, Helies, & Duggan Law Firm in Red Bank, NJ for many years and later led a successful career revolving around his passion, golf.
Gregg was a second generation member of the Spring Lake Golf Club. He was an avid sports fan, Gregg loved watching baseball, golf, tennis and hockey. One of his lifelong idols was Mickey Mantle.
Surviving are his beloved siblings, Ronald Wolff, Sr. (Wendy) and Linda J. Mark (Douglas), his nephews and nieces Ron Wolff Jr., Christa Rubino (Anthony), Cynthia Fox and Brian Mark, along with many loving great-nephews and nieces. A Godfather to many. Gregg also leaves behind his loving girlfriend, Ruth E. Amato.
