Jimmy, There are very few good men in the world. You are one of them. Many years ago we met at the farm. I wanted to speak with the famous Jimmy Allocco! I met a kind man. An honest man. A man who knows the meaning of working hard. A Teacher. A man in love with his wife and family and someone who represents what is best in Holmdel. I recall so many nice memories. We love you in the Wall Family and extend our deepest condolences to all in your family. Terence Jeanne Georgette Charlotte Maria and Teddy

Our deepest condolences to Rose and the Allocco Family. During our many years as members of the Holmdel Kiwanis Club we always seemed to be seated with Jimmy at our pre-meeting dinners and often with Jimmy and Rose at Kiwanis functions. There was a special fondness between Jimmy and my wife, Diane,.....they would always be discussing food, Italian customs and family ,etc. One night Diane happened to mention how much we liked fried squash flowers. The very next morning Jimmy came to the back door entrance to our kitchen ( as all our friends always did) and presented her with a bagfull of freshly picked squash flowers......... with the admonition "don't tell anyone that I gave you these." At the time if you didn't grow squash yourself the flowers were hard to come by unless you knew someone. Well, Diane knew Jimmy. This was typical of Jimmy ...a great friend of gentle nature and always willing to help. God Bless You. Rest In Peace, Nick and Diane Romagnoli

Jimmy was a man of the land. He was a good hearted and respectful person whose life centered on family, religion, friends, community and God's gift--the land. He never complained about any of his health issues and always dealt with them in a calm and reassuring manner. I will miss Jimmy and our monthly breakfast meetings at the Turning Point restaurant. His passing has left a deep void that is not fillable. However, his legacy will be passed on and continued by Rose, his children and grandchildren. The footprints he has left from his time in our world can not be erased. My sincerest condolences to his loving family. Rest in peace Jimmy --you were a good soul. Harold Dembo

Dear Rose & Family , I don`t have to tell you how GREAT Jimmy was , a true friend & someone who you could count on day or night ! As next door neighbors for almost 20 years , I can still hear him coming across his yard into mine HEY PAT ! He`d have a box of fruits & vegetables , herbs & homemade red wine . We talked a lot about family & life , this I know of my friend Jimmy he was the most wonderful man I`ve EVER had the fortune to know . I cried when I got the call of his death as if I lost a family member , that`s how Jimmy was it was like I knew him my whole life & even though Jimmy was older than me we had a lot in common when it came to family & friends . He knew one way he LOVED you , I guess that is why we connected like we did that`s what Italians do . I kept thinking about things & a smile took the place of the tears , that`s Jimmy for you no matter what "all will be ok " ! Like Jimmy Rose we love you & your wonderful family , we are always here for you never forget that . And Jimmy my red wine glass will ALWAYS be toasted to you my friend , things may not be the same but all that you left to us will never be forgotten & with that you`ll always be with us . Love & miss you Jimmy . Pat & Sharon Parisi .
