Jane Susan Eisenmann, 63, of Morganville, died Sunday, August 7th surrounded by her loving family.
Jane was born in Somerville, NJ. She graduated from Immaculata High School, and later attended and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Monmouth University. It was here that she met Scott, the love of her life. Jane and Scott married in 1981, and, for over 40 years, made memories that will last a lifetime. All while working through her career, she had her first daughter, Lisa in 1982 then in 1988 had her second daughter, Kelly. She was proud of her work at Electronic Associates of West Long Branch, PerkinElmer of Oceanport, and finally as a Project Manager for AT&T in Middletown.
Jane was a firecracker! She was a social butterfly that would light up a room. She was honest, an excellent listener, and a positive role model for her entire family. Jane was willful and very determined with the goals she set in her life. She was sassy, always willing to share her opinion, “the boss,” remained compassionate and a loving soul. She was very proud of her religion. She loved all things about nature; animals, plants, flowers, and trees. She found pleasure in gardening where she would nurture and grow an array of plants and flowers, and make distressed plant life flourish again. She also loved to cook, and is famous for her stuffed peppers, beef stew and pot roast, and then satisfy her sweet tooth with snowball cookies, all Godiva Chocolate, and chocolate covered strawberries. Jane enjoyed spoiling her grandkids rotten.
Jane loved to travel and would do so on a whim. She enjoyed England, France, Mexico and loved the Islands, specifically, Bermuda and Hawaii. Jane was a passionate artist. She found solace in drawing, painting and pottery. She enjoyed time at the beach, especially Sandy Hook and the Jersey Shore. She also found peace at Keyport Bay, where she and Scott would escape for special date nights. Above all, Jane loved and appreciated those she surrounded herself with family, friends and colleagues.
Jane is predeceased by her father Joseph Pongracz.
Jane is survived by her loving husband Scott Eisenmann of Morganville; her daughters Lisa Eisenmann and her daughter Luna of Holmdel; Kelly and her husband Timothy Piotrowski and their children Christopher and Elizabeth of Keyport; her mother Helen Pongracz of Somerville; her brother Daniel Pongracz and his wife Monica of TN; and all the pets she adored over the years, Munchkin, Mason, Charlie, Marley, Buddy, and Speedy the ferret.
