I knew Juan only from the kind and fun memories told to me by my brother and sister-in-law. I had the pleasure to meet and talk with him for a while at my sister-in-laws 50th birthday party and felt like I knew him forever. I remember him excusing himself for a minute to talk to his granddaughter. Later he told me he needed to talk to her about something being posted on the internet and that she shouldn’t continue. It left and impression I haven’t forgotten. Very caring man. My thoughts and prayers are with you Marta and the entire family.

My deepest condolences for Marta, George, Roly, Johnny, Brian and Patty. You lost a most wonderful and amazing husband, brother and father. I had no better friend than Juan and I know he will be missed terribly by all. Juan was a great and unique man, may he be at rest and peace with God, where we all hope to join him again.
