Dear Antoinette, Anita, Henrietta and families. I just found out that Karen has left us. Please forgive me but I honestly did not know until I saw the Link News on this Friday morning. Karen and all of you have been in my life since we were all so young. From when you all lived next door to me to when Karen bought the house down the street. I would get a beautiful Good Morning and we had wonderful chats nearly everyday when I walked my dog. When she told me of her illness I prayed everyday for her. I will miss her greatly. I will say good morning as I walk by her house for the rest of my life. I am so sorry for your loss. She will be dearly missed.

Dear Karen and Family, Karen you will be dearly missed!! Through my very special cousin I met Karen, she touched my life within the first few minutes that we met, with her honesty and genuine personality. I am grateful for our time together, although it was brief. My wish for the world is for all of us who knew Karen would pay her beautiful spirit forward a little bit each day, so that we could have more Karens in this world!! My dear rest in peace, till we meet again + Kim

My heart is with you all during this sad time. I worked with Karen for many years at Ft. Monmouth. I am sure you already know, Karen was a great leader. Karen always was the "go to" person for planning and to solve financial issues. Karen was funny and a breathe of fresh air to work with. She will be greatly missed. I know she was ill and like Karen, I know she is with God, her favorite person. Gayle
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

My heart and sympathies are with all of you in the loss of your dearest Karen. I worked with Karen for many years at Fort Monmouth and she was a joy to work with. We shared many laughs, many stories and late nights at work. She always had a positive spin on every situation and worked things together to find a solution. I was fortunate to have lunch with her this past November and still she was as positive and funny as ever!! She is a model for us all to emulate. To know her is to love her! And now God has his arms surrounding her with his love. She will be missed by so many of us ... but forever in our hearts ❤️
