Dear Gene & the entire Guerin Family, It is with great sadness & shock, that we have just come to learn of Kathy's passing!! We always enjoyed being in her company, whenever there were family gatherings, and who couldn't LOVE her gift of wit, and her "ever-so-recognizable" NY accent!! :) She will most certainly be missed by all who knew & loved her! May your fondest memories provide you with comfort and strength, along with the love & support of family & friends. Sending our sincere sympathy & heartfelt condolences. GOD BLESS!! With much love, Linda & Kenny McGrath (Lee-Ann's cousins)

We are all so saddened by the loss of Kathy, truly a good friend to our entire family. We can recall meeting Kathy and her family in Belmar after the completion of her beach home. We just lived across the street. There were many porch visits during the summer engaging in conversation and just enjoying each other’s company. Kathy and her family so generously even hosted a neighbor welcoming party. Just an example of her warmth and friendliness. Together we made a lot of memories with Kathy and her family. We will never forget this wonderful human being and so grateful that we were able to be a part of her life. Our sincerest condolences to Gene and her family. The Corbo family

I am so sorry to hear this. In the short time I knew Kathy (I am her Realtor in Naples) I knew she was the person described in this obituary. Her goodness and kindness radiated from her. I am so sorry that she is gone from you, but so happy you had her all these years. She is a treasure.
