Dear Uncle Alan and Family, It is with great sympathy that I write this note, as I understand that to lose Aunt Laura is beyond words. I will never forget her always welcoming us when we came to visit, her smile, her needlepoint, and above all, her love and devotion to family. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time. Love, Janet Schneider
Such an amazing and wonderful woman- always smiling and always SO kind. Our family will miss her very much.
Our thoughts and prayers are with your family during this most difficult time. Please let me know if we can help with anything.
Alan, We were so sorry to hear about Laura. The two of you were some of the first people we met at SSYC and you sponsored us for membership. You both have the distinction of the only SSYC members to visit us in our new home in Redmond, WA after your trip to Alaska. You are both in our prayers. Chris & Therese
fond memories of the many July Birthday parties ( that Augusts were included, as well ! )

Dear Alan and family, It has been our priviledge and pleasure to have known Laura since we joined SS&YC in 1979. She was truley one of God's special gifts....the core of your family. Obviously she will be greatly missed but the good news is that her love and her wonderful memory will be with you and strengthen you all the rest of your days.
Dear family, Laura-Jane she was always giving her time to the church and the church families. such fun we the chior had at the many end of the year picnics. Even though the Harvest home supper was a big thing, Laura made it fun the younger kids. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful Christian with me, Laura Jane will be missed, but she will live on. God Bless you all.

Thinking of you and your family at this sorrowful time.Deepest Sympathy Patti
I met Laura two years ago at the St.Lukes church quilting group. She wasn't a member of the group, but she was asking if anyone wanted to help cut apples for the harvest home. Laura was so nice that I volunteered. Of course, I had to cut myself on the knife and Laura bandaged my finger and we went back to cutting apples.
Alan - Laura was such a sweetheart. Every time she came into the church office she had a smile on her face and was always busy working on the various church ministries she was involved in. I'm thankful to have known her. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Karry, Steve, Meghan, Hannah & Emma Isaiah 41:10
We have many fond memories of Laura, with Alan of course: visiting their beautiful Naples, FL home; attending the Naples dinner theater; attending several Red Bank Rotary events; attending their summer church in Long Branch. We shared the same high school graduation date so we could always reminisce in cinc. Laura will be missed by all the less fortunate people she touched over the years. We are fortunate to have known her. May she rest in peace and may God's peace prevail with Alan and the rest of the family.
My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of sorrow. Sincerely, Karen McChesney

Laura Schneider was a remarkable woman. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and an amazing wife. To my family and I she was a very special neighbor. She always had a smile and a kind word, and lots of happy things to say about her family. No matter how busy she was, she would stop and chat about anything that was on your mind. She was a true friend and she will be dearly missed. Her family was lucky to have her, and I am sure she will always be very much alive in their hearts as she will be in mine. When I think of Horseneck Point, I can't help but think of Laura Schneider, pushing a stroller with her grandaughter Nicole in it, and smile.
Laura was a kind, considerate, thoughtfull person. She was a fantastic cook and great hostess. We will always remember her party of July 4th for Alan's birthday. We were so fortunate to be her friend and to have been with her on Oct.31.Our Chippie will live in our hearts forever.
I knew Mrs Schneider from Navesink Country club where I work. She was such a great lady. I will cherish the years I was lucky enough to see her weekly and always remember her smile
I'll always treasure our special afternoon teas and chats at your lovely home. Elberon Memorial Church will never be the same without you.
