Dear Jeannette and family, So many memories of Lou and I being in the real estate business together and the trips we took together all over the globe together through the Fund companies etc. Vancouver B.C., black tie affair at the Kennedy Library in Boston et.al. It was fun Jeannette watching you and Eileen taking it all in with us. Lou and I were rarely separated during our work days even when we traveled to different venues together. My days with Lou will always be cherished. Being with your family at a wedding or other social occasions were also enjoyable moments for Eileen and I. Because I have, in spite of having had an early flu shot, a tough case of the flu now so I regret not being able to attend the services for Lou. Know, Jeannette, that you and Lou will always be in our hearts as well as the good times we had together.

Lou was one of the kindest warmest genuine human beings that I have ever known. He was a mentor to me at City Federal Savings bank and showed me how to treat people. Say hi to my parents Lou. Brian

Dear Linda, I was so sorry to learn that your Dad passed away yesterday. Although I did not know him, I know you, and it's obvious that you come from a generous and loving family. Reading your father's obituary, and seeing the photo of his smiling face, just solidified that feeling for me. The fact that he lived a long life is comforting, but does not remove the pain of loss. I know this because my own father died at 93, and his long life just gave me more reasons to cherish his memory and mourn his loss. In addition to sweetness and generosity of spirit, I know that you and Ed have great fortitude, strength, and faith in G-d, family and each other. My prayers for you will be that those qualities lift and carry you through this difficult time. With Affection, Sympathy and Condolences to your entire family, Andrea

Grandpa was the epitome of everything a Grandpa should be. Unbelievably warm, loving, supportive, generous, funny, and gave UNconditional love. His "glass is half full" attitude was never more apparent than after Hurricane Sandy. As long as he had my grandma and woke up every day....LIFE WAS GREAT! Never complained. Never! He will be incredibly missed every single day. A true Hero to OUR FAMILY and a HERO to his country.
