Louise Faluotico Strollo, 88, of Long Branch, passed away Sunday December 27th at her home. Mrs. Strollo was born in Bronx, NY and lived in Long Branch for 63 years. She was an active parishoner of Holy Trinity RC Church, Christ the King Parish, Long Branch. She was the Office Manager and Book Keeper for Dr. Steven Stein, for many years. Prior to that she worked for the Long Branch Daily Record as a Book Kepper. Mrs. Strollo was a long time election board worker in Long Branch. She was pre-deceased by her husband of 52 years, Joseph L. Strollo, died in 1998. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Loreta and Stephen Steets, West Long Branch; two granddaughters, Pamela Steets, Long Branch, and Lisa and her husband Jim Miller, Ocean Twp.; two great grandchildren, James and Emma Rose Miller. Visitation will be Wed. Dec. 30th, 4 to 8 PM at the Woolley Funeral Home, 10 Morrell Street at Broadway, Long Branch. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, Dec. 31st, 9:30 AM at Holy Trinity RC Church, Prospect St., Long Branch. Interment will follow in Woodbine Cemetery, Oceanport. You may light a candle of condolence on the opposite page.
