Mildred Pedalino, 94 of Colts Neck, died on Wednesday, November 3.
She was born in Newark to the late Grace and Harry Onions on February 7, 1927
Mildred was raised in Irvington and after high school, worked for Lionel for several years. She then began working for Sea-Land shipping as an executive assistant. After that she worked for Paul Richardson Associates in Holmdel where she retired after 50 plus years of service.
Mildred enjoyed watching sports, especially basketball. She enjoyed going to Knicks games in the 1970’s with her sister and her nephews and later became an avid Nets fan, going to the games with her sister Rose and great nephews Joe and Ross. She loved shopping especially at Kohl’s and the Freehold Raceway mall. Mildred would go to Delicious Orchards every Sunday. She was also an animal lover who owned three cats and a dog who predeceased her.
She is predeceased by her parents, her siblings Harry Onions, Rose Molnar, Grace Shaw, and Peggy Sachse.
Surviving is her nieces and nephews Joe Molnar, Mike Onions, Ken Sachse, Toni Tyler, Alee Shaw, Linda Pereira, and many other loving nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
