Nicholas Alicea, Jr., 76, of Morganville, died on Monday, March 9.
Nicholas was born and raised in Coney Island, NY to the late Josephine and Nicholas Alicea, Sr. He graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School, and began working in banking. In 1990, Nicholas moved to Old Bridge, where he raised his family.
He loved playing golf, dancing, rooting for the Yankees, and grilling in the summertime. Most of all, Nicholas loved spending time with his family.
Nicholas is predeceased by his parents, and his siblings Robert, Julio, and Joseph Alicea.
He is survived by his wife, Grace Alicea, his three sons, Nicholas and his wife Leah Alicea of Dahlonega, GA, Michael and his wife Lara Alicea of Colts Neck, and James Alicea of Ridgewood, his siblings Elba Alicea, Margaret Pastorino, Richard Alicea, and Judy Alicea, and seven beloved grandchildren Cameron, Callie, Mia, Corey, Isabella, Alexandra, and Alyssa.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12 from 3pm – 7pm at the Holmdel Funeral Home, 26 South Holmdel Road, Holmdel. A Funeral Home Service will be offered at 6:30pm.
