Norma L. Fellman, 87, of Holmdel and formerly of Vernon, CT. passed away on Monday morning, June 16, 2014 at the Willows in Holmdel. Born in Long Beach, CA., she resided in Holmdel with her husband, the late Robert Fellman for 34 years. They lived in Vernon, CT. for 14 years. Norma returned to Holmdel in 2011. She is a former member of the Holmdel Senior Citizens, and a former member of the Holmdel Community Church. In Vernon, CT. she was a member of the First Congressional Church. Mrs. Fellman was a talented seamstress, and ceramic artist. Prior to the death of her husband Robert in 2004, both she and he were avid square dancers. She was also predeceased by a brother Richard Doyle, and a sister Patricia Hough. Surviving are her daughters and their husbands Elaine Maxcy and her husband Peter, and Beverly Black and her husband Frederick, her brothers Daniel Doyle, Robert Doyle, and Ronald Schmidt, and her granddaughters Erin Black and Kerri Black. Visitation will be at the Holmdel Funeral Home 26 – South Holmdel Road, Holmdel on Wednesday June 18th from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. A Funeral Service will be offered at the Funeral Home on Thursday morning at 11:00 A.M. In lieu of flowers, donations made in her memory would be appreciated – The Alzheimers Association, 400 – Morris Avenue, Suite 251, Denville, N.J. 07834-1365
