I met Nuala at an Irish dance at the City Center Dance Hall in NYC in 1961 and asked her to dance. I thought she was very pretty with her black hair, shining blue eyes and rosy cheeks. While dancing, I asked her why there were so many Irish people in America and the world when Ireland is such a small country. Nuala replied cheekily , “we don’t have television at home!! “ From that moment, we became instant friends. We extend to her entire family our sincere condolences and are thankful for our shared memories of good times with Nuala and John. We regret not being with you at this sad time but we have just arrived in Florida and you are in our thoughts and prayers. Ben and Hilary

My thoughts and prayers are with your entire family at this time. I will always remember how your mother welcomed me into your home as if I was one of her own. Love, care, compassion. A blessing for all that she touched.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Dearest Cousins, Aunt Nuala’s Siblings & Families, Sending heartfelt condolences to all on the loss of our kind, generous and caring godmother. Amazing memories of growing up together, with a lot of love and laughter… from St. Ben’s to CBA events to Villanova & Holy Cross, then weddings and our growing families with wonderful times together. Her pride in family was beautiful, and it was a joy to grow up together, always remembering all of our special days. Just the other day, she said “Thank you ever so much for everything.” We are all filled with gratitude for her warmth, humor and loving example. She is reunited with Uncle John now, and her legacy will surely live on in each of you and her beautiful grandchildren, whom she was so very proud of. You will surely be missed, Aunt Nuala❤️ Thank YOU ever so much for the love and joy you shared with us always. With love, Lisa, Bob, Shannon, Ryan & Meegan
