Beckham Bebout left a message on April 29, 2023:
Mom mom was an awesome and loving person. She was a super great grandmother to have. She loved hanging with her grandchildren when it came to playing in the street, sports, or going to the Train Station. Mom mom was a big Disney person. She had the best husband to help take care of her. Scott and Pauline were super determined to kick cancer out of here. But she had a super long fight when it came down to go against it. She had awesome people around her when she passed (scott, Kathy&Ralph Maida, An overnight aid, and her grandson Beckham Bebout). We love you so so much mom mom and we thank you for everything you’ve done for us and the fam. We would do anything to see you again. Love you mom mom and I know your watching over us❤️

So very sad to hear of Pauline’s passing. She was top shelf-, lovely and incredibly warm and down to earth. I will always remember all the fun we had going through crazy houses & how she was so patient finding us the right one. When I was job hunting years later, I asked her opinion of a company I had applied to- she said I’m calling them right now and telling them how wonderful you are. She did and I got the job! My condolences and prayers go out to Scott and the entire family. I know that heaven just got a lot more curb appealing because Pauline is busy finding all the other angels the perfect spot. xoxo

I never said this to Pauline but "Thank you Pauline" for getting me to go back to college when I was in my 30's. One day many years ago, I got a phone call from Pauline, who knew I was thinking about taking classes at Brookdale, asking me if I wanted to try out for the Brookdale women's tennis team. We tried out together against girls who were much younger than us and we were both awarded scholarships to play tennis. I scrambled to sign up for enough classes to be considered a full time student. We ended up winning regionals as the first doubles team. It was an amazing experience! More important was the fact that I went on to get my degree from Monmouth University which led to my 25 year career as a special education teacher. It all started that day with a phone call. Thank you Pauline.

Your life was cut short, but you were a fighter, a warrior. Tears for now, but I know down the road, memories will make me smile again thinking about all of our fun times. Never good-bye, but rather, until we meet again. ❤️🎾

Dearest Scott, Cliff, Frank, Nicole and Greg, and children, you know the grief we share in losing Pauline. We played tennis together for years and it was always the best tennis. We are a tribe as players and she is a leader. We laughed, we cursed, we yelled, we played together. Roll model, friend, indefatigable player and runner, and volunteer. We are shocked and deeply saddened by her loss. Scott, you two hosted tennis team members graciously and generously on holidays and we loved the stories at tennis of Disney days, done with no less passion than Pauline's every day of life. May your family find comfort if you can that we share this loss with you.
Jim Kopec left a message on April 14, 2023:
We laughed, we cried, we hugged, and we cheered each other on through the darkest days of a dreadful cruel disease we share. Pauline always had a smile and a positive point of courage for me. My friend and neighbor is grace personified and an inspiration. I know she is at peace watching gently over her family and friends that she loves and adores. "Peace is every step. It turns the endless path to joy."

Pauline was an amazing cheerleader. Always ready to role play to help me navigate through transactions. I will never forget her passing by me at the chamber breakfast squeezing my shoulder as she asked about my upcoming broker exam. I shared I was nervous. She gave me another squeeze on the shoulder and said, "You'll be fine, It's not rocket science." lol. I will miss Pauline at Happy Hours at Rooney's and Thursdays by the sea concerts in Pier Village. RIP love, sutah on the beach
