Philip J. Mule, 75, of Aberdeen passed away at home on Sunday, December 2nd, 2018 surrounded by his beloved family. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. and worked as a carpenter for the New York City District Council of Carpenters, Local 157. He was an active member of St. Benedict RC Church in Holmdel, New Jersey.
Philip is predeceased by his parents, Salvatore and Frances.
Surviving are his loving and devoted wife, Terry, his daughter, Francine and her husband, Robert DeMuria of Hazlet, his daughter, Michele Harvey of Summit, his six grandchildren, Bryan, Victoria, William, Ian, Cameron and Lauren; and his brother, John, and sister, Marion Rendini.
Visitation will be Wednesday, December 5th, from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. and 7:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at the Holmdel Funeral Home, 26 South Holmdel Road, Holmdel. A Mass of Christian burial will be Thursday, December 6th, 9:45 A.M. at St. Benedict RC Church, 165 Bethany Road, Holmdel. Entombment will then follow at Holmdel Mausoleum, Holmdel.

I went through a similar situation and I was very helped by the hope that I found in the Bible in John 5: 28, which says, "Do not amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". My condolences go out to the family and friends. It is never easy to cope with the loss of a loved one, but God does offer hope! At Revelation 21:3,4 God promises that one day "... death will be no more..." I hope this message leaves you with a measure of hope and peace in the time to come.
