J worked with Rich at Starwoid for 16 years. He was an excellent trainer/presenter. He was also very kind to me and generous with his time for civic duties, helping me with the company recycling program. He and Alan were a delight and even brought me to a co-worker's wedding in CT.

I have known Richard since we were 12, he gave me my first kiss. We loved dancing together and we would clear a dance floor! He had a great love of cars and airplanes; but he loved his boat The Celestial that he named after his mom. Richard brought joy and laughter into the lives of everyone he met and this girl of 64 has lost a jewel of a friend.
