Sebastian E. Lentini, 88, of Holmdel, died on Friday, June 26.
Sebastian was born and raised in Brooklyn to the late Fay and Joseph Lentini. He went on to attend the Pennsylvania Military College. Sebastian served his country honorably in the Army. After his service, he moved back to Brooklyn, then Rochelle, NY, and he and his wife moved to Jackson, NJ where they began and raised their family. Sebastian moved to Holmdel in 1986, where he has resided since. He was the proud owner of several McDonald franchises before retiring.
Sebastian enjoyed piloting helicopters and boats, but most of all loved spending time with his family.
He is predeceased by his parents, his beloved wife Anna Lentini, and his siblings, Rosalie Sottile, Annette Bivona, and Rosemarie Shaw.
Sebastian is survived by his four children Joseph (Marcia) Lentini, Darren (Cristina) Lentini, Scott Lentini, and Meridith (Christopher) Ashley, fourteen grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
In accordance with Sebastian’s wishes, all services will be held privately.
