Sheila M. Navarro, 69, of Holmdel, died Thursday, October 12th surrounded by her loving family.
Sheila was born in Jersey City, and grew up in Hoboken and Old Bridge. She graduated from Madison Township High School. Soon after, she met the late Jack Navarro – the love of her life and amazing father of their three adoring daughters. They enjoyed over 30 years of marriage.
Sheila was strong with an infectious humor. Spending time with her family was of the utmost importance. She loved the holidays when they would all be together, especially for Christmas, where everyone would look forward to her famous lasagna and meatballs. She also enjoyed traveling and was the travel planner for many family vacations. She loved spending time at their beach house in Normandy Beach, which she considered her happy place. She cherished the family beach time, many barbeques, and simply sitting on the porch with a good book.
Sheila is predeceased by her husband Jack. She is survived by her loving daughters Katie, Christine (Jon), and Meghan (Sean), her grandchildren Jack, Riley, Caroline, Chloe and Max, her siblings Patti (Greg), Joe, and Coleen (Dennis), her sister-in-law Kathleen (Dave), her beloved cousin Ginger, and her nieces and nephews Kerin (CJ), Kevin (Juliana), and Eileen. She will be sincerely missed by all who were privileged to know her.
