Beth McMullin Sheehan left a message on November 22, 2014:
Dear Marylou and family: I remember a rainy morning when "Tommy" was dropping off milk at our house in Atlantic Highlands and my mother, Jean, persuaded him to drive me to school. He pulled a milk crate out for me to sit on and headed out to St. Agnes School. As he made the left hand turn onto Center Avenue, he realized that the door on my side was open and reached out to grab my shoulder just before I would tumble out of the truck! What an adventure for a 1st grader! Tom was a welcome member of our family. He always took time to "chew the fat" with our mom who loved him like a son. And I remember when our brother Dennis would drive Mom down to Long Branch to attend the ceramic classes that Marylou was teaching. On behalf of the McMullin family, please accept our sincere condolences. Beth Sheehan, Kathleen Battschinger, and Bud McMullin
