Thomas J. Corrado, Jr. 72, of Marlboro died on Wednesday, May 19th joining his beloved wife, “Dottie” on her birthday.
He was born in Jersey City to the late Mary and Thomas Corrado, Sr. in 1948.
Thomas started his own welding company at age 17, and was a master welder with the UA Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 9 for many years. Thomas had varied hobbies; he was a classical guitarist, a woodworker, and amateur luthier. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his beloved family.
He is predeceased by his wife, Dorothy, and his sister, Elizabeth “Betty” Malsbury.
Surviving are his daughters, Deananne “Deanne” and her husband, James Snodgrass of Bel Air, MD., and Tina E Corrado and her partner, Nikolas Sakoutis of Colts Neck; and his three loving grandchildren Danielle, Anthony and Katherine.
Thomas has been laid to rest at St. Gabriel Cemetery, Marlboro with the love of his life, Dorothy.
Thomas was rescued from a house fire in 2016 by officers of the Marlboro Police Department. Therefore, in lieu of customary remembrances, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions in Thomas’ name be directed to either:
