Giovanni Zefferino left a message on October 28, 2023:
Growing up with Tim Foley in your life was anything but typical. Tim‘s relationship with his kids extended into his relationship with their friends. Tim and I kept in touch for the better part of 20 years.. Even as a young kid Tim treated me like a friend and always ended our texts with “ I appreciate you, my friend”. Tim and I would hang out in his office and shoot the shit for hours while a whole party would be going on right under us. Tim was one of the first people who treated me like an adult, after many conversations in his office Tim set me up working side jobs for him. Idd run around all his properties and do a tun of odd end jobs for him and his client. Tim would always look for more ways to support me. Tim was a true friend and a part of him was a fan of helping a young kid out.

Tim was an incredible human being and father and had the biggest heart. I have so many good memories of him from childhood - always bringing Taylor & I anywhere we needed/wanted to go without hesitation; letting me come over and hang out with Taylor any day, any time; always showing up for our cheerleading practices and bringing the entire team water on the hot august days; bringing Taylor & I bacon first thing in the morning after sleepovers because he knew that we loved it; buying us literally anything we wanted; driving us around in his street sweeper; coming to cheerleading competitions and being the loudest one in the stands; being a super dad for Taylor and her brothers and just always being there no matter what. He always treated me like a daughter when I was around, and I will always smile when I look back on this time with him.
