My earliest and fondest memory with Suk Suk was when he would teach us his karate moves and when he brined the Thanksgiving turkey so it wouldn’t be dry. I’ve many other fond memories of him such as teaching me how to play ping pong on the table in the basement. Everyone was amazed at my technique and holding the paddle the “Chinese way”.
