Warren Goode, 73, passed away peacefully at his home in Ocean Township on November 24. He was born on February 23, 1948 in Long Branch. After graduating from high school, he attended Rider College and graduated in 1970 with a Bachelor of Science in accounting.

He opened his own Certified Public Accounting firm in 1975 where he practiced for the next 42 years. He was very active in the community, serving for over 40 years on the Ocean Township Planning Board and over 35 years on the Board of Adjustment. He also served on the Congregation Torat El Executive Board, the Monmouth County SPCA, as well as numerous others.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Joan, his sons and daughters-in-law, Matthew and Francine Goode of Keyport and Brian and Brooke Goode, of Potomac, Maryland, as well as his grandchildren, Joshua, Emma, and Nathan and his beloved dog, Sophie.

Funeral Services will be on Sunday, November 28, 10:00 a.m. at the Congregation Torat El, 301 Monmouth Rd, Oakhurst, NJ., Interment will follow at Beth El Cemetery, Neptune.
