Dottie Green left a message on May 17, 2017:
Bill was a remarkable man and it was a privilege knowing him. In all of the years I've known him, I can't remember a time that he raisied his voice or said anything negative about anyone. He was a kind, generous man who showered his family with love. Daddy will be missed but I'm certain he's happy to be with Mom once again. May your faith bring you peace and may God bless you all. Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal.

Bill's surviving wife: Bill and I had 22 wonderful years together. He was a great husband and stepfather to my three children, Debbie, Darlene, and Bob. A loving step grandfather to Shaun, Bridget, and Patrick. I love you very much honey. You will always be inner hearts. Your loving wife, Rosie Epp.
